Elise Fett & Associates, LTD is an architectural-engineering firm in Crystal Bay, NV serving high-end residential clients. The firm entered the Feng Shui business coaching program in January 2011. Their first follow-up survey documented 134% increase in cash flow in the first couple months after implementing recommended Feng Shui protocols in their building.

Elise had built a successful architectural business but had taken time away from work for several months to focus on other pressing matters, including selling a family home that had been on the market several years. This had impacted her cash flow and business focus. Issues discussed prior to entering the study included: 1) the need to sell a family property that had been on the market for 4 years, 2) refocusing the architectural business for more efficiency, 3) paying off loans, 4) balancing work and family relationships. This case is noteworthy because major improvements were documented as early as the first 2-3 months after Feng Shui protocols were implemented, and Elise submitted a Profit/Loss Statement to document her report of 134% cash flow increase in the first couple months (January-March 2011). Improvements were noted in: 1) salary and cash flow, 2) ability to generate money, 3) satisfaction with money matters, and 4) financial security.

Elise reported that the estate property they had been trying to sell for 4 years sold during their participation and escrow closed at full price. She also noted that since they would be involved with financing for the new buyers, additional money would be made on the interest. Elise added that two new contracts were signed with clients of the architectural business and that they were receiving additional cash flow through another business.

Elise reported the following results over a 6-month participation period:

  • 134 % improvement in cash flow
  • Sudden sale of real estate at full price (previously on the market for 4 years)
  • 50% improvement in vitality and energy level
  • 50% improvement in personal empowerment
  • 50% improvement in satisfaction and happiness due to significant stress reduction

Elise’s comments indicated that “clients are happy, new work is coming in, the major work of selling a family home in a depressed real estate market is now over, I am less stressed and I am receiving money from several different income streams. I have also noticed that family members and staff are more supportive.”
