We reserve the right to change frequency of delivery of this newsletter without notice to promote: 1) Feng Shui consulting services; 2) Feng Shui teleseminars, webinars and live events; 3) The BreakThrough Environment Business Coaching Program; 4) Electromagnetic mitigation products and services; 5) Feng Shui CD series and audio downloads; 6) Feng Shui DVD series and downloads. If, after subscribing to our monthly e-Zine, you no longer wish to remain on this email list, you may unsubscribe at any time. Collection and Use of Information
We respect your right to privacy. Your email address and any other identifying information that you give us will not be revealed to any third party, without your specific consent.
We use the information that you provide to us primarily to notify you of upcoming Feng Shui products and services that we offer that may be of interest to you, and free Feng Shui educational information that we disseminate as a courtesy to our lists. From time to time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in research projects, special pricing for seminars, discounted or free bonuses or discounts on select consulting services. In order to participate in these “pricing specials” you must be an existing member of our email list and be a subscriber to our monthly e-Zine.
You may have the opportunity to participate in our Feng Shui Business Coaching Program (The BreakThrough Environment TM ). The information you submit as part of this program on our written surveys, may be shared with educational funding organizations, grant funding entities or be used in our marketing efforts. If you do not wish your information to be shared in this way, you may indicate so in writing at the beginning of your participation period on our survey form. Information collected on our surveys for the business coaching program is never shared by us unless you give us written permission to do so and there is a separate section on the initial survey form for you to agree or disagree to this kind of disclosure of your information.
As is true of most web sites, we also gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data.
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information like IP addresses and email addresses. However, this is solely for internal uses and used to verify appropriate registration methods.
Only if ordered by legal mandate, we may disclose subscriber information in response to subpoenas, court orders and other legal processes.
We are committed to the safety of children and do not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please ask your parent for permission before sending any information to our site or any of our staff. We will not intentionally use personal information from or send marketing communication to children under age 18 without prior parental consent.
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We maintain the right to share aggregate demographic information about our subscriber base with our partners, technical team and educational based funders. This information does not identify individual subscribers. In our research projects, we occasionally link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information. If we intend to share this information, we will ask for participants of our research projects to give us their written permission to share their information before doing so.
We use certain efforts to secure our web site. We will periodically review our security policies and implement changes from time to time. However, we cannot and do not guarantee complete security, as it does not exist on the Internet. In the event that www.AdeleTrebil.com or www.TheBreakThroughEnvironment.com or www.TheRealEstateSuccessStrategist.com goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. If this does occur, you will be notified via prominent notice on our web site prior to any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
