Basic Packages (Residential and Commercial-existing buildings only)

  1. To initiate a Feng Shui evaluation for your property, submit an “Application for Residential Feng Shui Evaluation” or “Application for Commercial Feng Shui Evaluation” to info@theBreakThroughEnvironment.com.
  2. You will also need to download “Instructions for Taking a Magnetic Compass Reading”, so that you can take an accurate magnetic reading for your structure. This is one of the items that is required to complete your assessment.
  3. You will be contacted by phone or email to review your application and your consulting fee will be quoted in writing at this time. Fees are based on sq. footage; number of occupants; whether building has had sq. footage added after original completion date; number of separate buildings to be evaluated; what kind of information you need about your property and your specific questions.
  4. Your Feng Shui evaluation will be completed after payment is received and processed. We accept VISA, MC and DISCOVER. No personal checks. Allow 1-2 weeks for completion of a written report and diagrams. Specify on your application where you want the finished package to be sent.
  5. What’s included in the BASIC PACKAGE (1 written report, 2 tissue overlay diagrams, 1 hr. follow up) and the following information:
    • Classification of your building according to its Feng Shui strengths and weaknesses.
    • Notation of the 5-10 key Feng Shui issues impacting your property, how they affect you as the owner, and how to either enhance or mitigate each issue.
    • A 5-7 page report evaluating each compass section of the floor plan with Feng Shui recommendations for maximizing health, relationships and financial success. These recommendations will be determined through Xuan Kong Fey Xing, Pa Chai, Xuan Kong Da Gua and some Form School evaluation methods.
    • Charts for setting up furniture layouts with optimum orientations for occupants and/or employees. Written instructions for interpreting and making use of these personal direction charts.
    • Separate section in the report for answering your questions and offering additional expert advice about your situation.
    • Packet with Feng Shui reference materials and sources to purchase Feng Shui cures.
    • 1 hour follow up for Q & A by telephone, skype or email. If you need additional time for follow up, we can schedule as much time as you need by telephone, skype or interactive email question and answer session @ $150.00/hr.
  6. Clients must submit the following information for long-distance or out-of state evaluations:
    • Year of construction for all buildings (same as year of completion or year roof was finished)
    • Year of construction for any sq. footage added to the floor plan after original building was built
    • Names and birth dates for all full-time occupants (Residential applications only)
    • Names, birth dates and job title for all major decision-makers and those managing money (Commercial applications)
    • Magnetic compass reading (exact degree) for the main front entrance (see instructions for taking a magnetic reading included with application)
    • Scaled floor plan drawing in ¼”=1’-0” scale. If you do not have a blueprint or professional drawing in this scale, you may submit one in another scale, larger is preferred. Or, you may submit a hand drawing on ¼” graph paper. If you do your own drawing, you only need to draw the perimeter exterior walls, showing all doors and windows that fall on the exterior walls, as well as the door into the building from the garage or car park area. No interior walls, cabinetry or finish details need to be shown for the interior of the building on your drawing, unless these details are already on your blueprint or line drawing being submitted.
    • 3-7 main questions you want answered about your property
    • It is helpful, but not necessary, to include photos of the front elevation of your building and the rear elevation of your building. If you send photos, please include one standing in the front door facing out of the building that shows what kind of environment is outside the front of the structure; as well as one looking out of the back of the building showing what kind of environment is behind the structure. Also include one photo showing the front elevation and front entrance area; and one photo showing rear elevation and rear entrance.
    • If you have any water features, natural or man-made, within several hundred feet of your building, indicate on your drawing an approximate location for them and give a brief description (eg. man-made culvert drainage ditch at rear of building, approximately 25-50 feet from back wall of structure. Contains run off water at various levels May-Sept. Water is mostly dirty and often stagnant).
